How your data is treated

What a note contains

A note holds the name and the contact entered in the form and the message itself: the place, what should change, where to check it and the sender’s connection to the place. It also carries the address and the language of the page it was sent from. One hidden field, never seen by people, is there only to catch spam robots.

How notes are used

Notes are held by a form service until they are read at the next revision. They serve only to check and apply what they report, and nobody is contacted unless the note asks for a reply and gives a contact. Names and contacts never appear on the site, are never sold and are never passed on to the club, school or organiser concerned; the revisions describe the change, not the person who reported it.

Counting visits without cookies

The site sets no cookies. A small script served from the site’s own domain counts page views without storing anything in the browser and without following visitors across other sites. Each view records the page, the referring page and the browser, device type and country derived from the request; only totals are ever looked at.

Nothing loaded from elsewhere

The pages load no advertising, no social media buttons and no outside trackers, and take no fonts, maps or images from other servers. Links to sources and maps lead to other sites with their own privacy terms. The hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses only as far as needed to deliver the pages.

Rights under the GDPR

To have a note corrected or deleted, send a new note through the form with the same name and contact and say so; the change is made at the next revision, and a reply follows only on request with a contact. A complaint can also be made to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority of the German state in which you live.
